St. Anne's Convent School organised a "Plastic Ban parade" on 3rd July 2019. The students of classes 1, 2, and 3 have participated in the rally. Placards were prepared by the students and teachers.
The aim of the rally was:
a. To spread awareness about the dangers of usage of plastic within our locality.
b. To turn our area into plastic free area and motivate residents to change their habits and make everyone as residents of environment friendly.
c. TTo use paper or jute bags instead of plastic bags. The Students said slogans while walking. They had enacted a skit in the market place where all our locality gave heed to the short rally.
