a. Promotion is based on the child’s performances of the whole year’s work including co-curricular performance. In the case where a repetition of a class in the interest of the child’s parents will be informed and their support is requested. The decision of the head of the School with regard to promotion is final.

b. For students who are absent for tests and terminal examinations, no provision can be made for supplementary test.
